Instructions
Step 1:
Line tray with parchment. Cut bananas in half. Skewer each banana with a popsicle stick leaving half of the stick exposed. Place in fridge. In microwaveable bowl, melt coating in 30 second intervals, stirring in between until chocolate is almost melted. Remove and continue to stir until completely melted.(Do not overheat)
Step 2:
Place non pareils in 2 separate bowls with spoons. Dip bananas in coating, leaving some banana exposed and using the third spoon to help coat if necessary. Gently shake off excess coating and then apply sprinkles with a spoon over each bowl. Place on tray to dry. Freeze or refrigerate if desired.
